Notion AI is Notion’s integrated AI solution that helps you complete tasks within Notion and also help with a wide range of creativity and productivity tasks. It was launched to most users in February 2023 and Notion’s co-founder, Ivan Zhao, tells the story of Notion AI’s development in this post.
This week you’ve learned a lot about content-first solutions in Notion, Notion AI is designed to help you produce, manage and edit this content.
Notion uses a variety of LLMs to drive AI functionality within its product, including those from Anthropic and OpenAI.
Everyone can trial Notion AI for free, but the more members you have in your workspace, the more free usage of AI you’ll get to experiment with before you’ll be invited to purchase their paid Notion AI add-on. More on that here.
