Today is a fun bonus lesson that we wanted to add to this marketing track. With the rise of no-code and AI tools, it’s easier than ever before to build our own ideas without code.
This is why you may have seen folks say that “side projects are the new blog post”. What’s meant by that is you can now create a mini product that adds value to your potential end users in the same time it would take you to write an article. This is known as side project marketing (or growth tools) - either way you can read a little more about this approach here.
What’s important is we can add a little juice to our marketing campaign that we’ve been building over the past few days by creating one of these “growth tools”.
Our side project of choice will be creating our very own custom branded GPT that can be used as a lead magnet for a service you provide. As an example of what you can do, today we’ll be building a custom financial modelling assistant - but just note, of course this can be anything you want it to be!

This can all be done with Open AI and Chipp. You may be wondering, why can’t I just use Open AI to build an assistant, or even Zapier (like you did on Day 4).
