15 Days of AI

Get your whole team using AI well. In fifteen minutes a day.

Fifteen short lessons on their real work, done together in Teams or Slack, with every person's skill measured before and after.

330 of 350 people at BCG Legal & Risk finished all fifteen days. Featured in Skills England's What Works for AI Upskilling in the UK.

They've got the tools. They've had the training. It hasn't stuck.

This is what People and L&D leads tell us next.

The tools

"It's pretty ad hoc, to be honest. Need a paragraph reworded? We'll pop it in."

The training

"Do you get offered training? Yes. Do you do training? No."

The academy

"We built an AI academy. Despite a massive comms effort, it's struggling to gain traction."

The stall

"Our biggest challenge is we don't know where we can use it and where we shouldn't be using it."

From our calls this year with People, L&D and transformation leads. Tidied up, names withheld.

Access isn't the problem. Content isn't either. What's missing is the habit.

Four things a course doesn't give you.

Day 6 of the fifteen-day calendar, with the first five days ticked off

A habit, not a library.

One fifteen-minute lesson a day, by email. No platform to log into. Nothing to go and find.

A month-end report assistant a finance analyst built on day eleven

Made, not watched.

Every lesson ends with something built from their own work: a prompt they'll reuse, an assistant, a small tool for their team.

Together, not alone.

People post what they tried in Teams or Slack. When directors post too, everyone can see it matters.

One person's AIQ rising from 69 to 94 across three skills

Measured, not self-reported.

We score every person's AI skill before and after. We call the score AIQ. You see it for each person and for the whole team.

Fifteen lessons, in three parts. You set the pace.

We teach ways of thinking, not features. So it works with whichever AI tools you've approved, and still works when they change.

Lessons 1 to 5

Find where it fits

Where AI helps in their own job, and how to get a good answer out of it. They leave with prompts they'll reuse.

Lessons 6 to 10

Use it on harder work

Messy data, an overflowing inbox, a first workflow. They learn to spot a bad answer and fix it.

Lessons 11 to 15

Make it stick

A personal assistant, a small tool for their team, and a toolkit they keep.

A lesson a day too much? Spread it out.

Same fifteen lessons, at the pace your team can keep.

3 weeks

Everyone who finished got better with AI

The same team, fifteen lessons apart.

In their own words.

Before

"The answers are too generic to be useful."

"I'm not sure what I can even use it for in my role."

"I don't know if the output is trustworthy."

After

"I built an internal tool for my team."

"I now find use for AI in almost every task I have."

"I now start almost every task with one question: can AI help me with this, or not?"

From the people who brought us in.

"Our leadership team really got behind it. We're now making it mandatory."
Olivia Speakman

Learning and Development Advisor, Ocado

"It's the most relevant thing they've done so far. I'm in the system, operating, not sitting in a webinar."
Jack Jesset

Senior Manager, Value Chain Business Operations, New Balance

"It's really improved confidence. Even our CEO reached out to ask if we can keep access."
Eric Pipkin

Director of Security and IT Operations, TIFF

"Really good feedback from the pilot group. My recommendation to the exec team has been: let's roll it out."
Danny Hannah

CTO, Convertr

Light for you to run.

You give us three things: a named contact, a list of people, and a Teams or Slack channel. We do the rest.

1

Before launch

We write the launch messages and the IT checklist. You send them. Everyone knows what's coming and why.

2

Live kickoff

One call to get everyone set up and looking forward to it. We run it.

3

The fifteen lessons

A lesson arrives by email. People post in your channel. Anyone who falls behind gets a nudge. You watch progress as it happens.

4

The finish

Everyone who finishes gets a certificate, and keeps everything they built.

5

Wrap-up with you

A report and a call: what moved on AIQ, who your champions are, and what we'd do next.

After the programme

New joiners start at the same level as everyone else.

Switch it on and every new hire, and anyone who missed the first run, goes through the same fifteen lessons. A new group starts each week. It runs itself.

Vanta runs it for every new starter.
New joiners: a group starting Monday with an empty fifteen-step bar, and groups at Day 5, Day 10 and Day 15 with their progress filled

What you get, and what it costs.

15 Days of AI

  • Launch messages, IT checklist and a live kickoff call
  • Teams or Slack channel setup
  • AIQ for every person, before and after
  • Live progress, plus a wrap-up report and call
  • Certificates, and a toolkit people keep
  • Support from our team throughout
  • Optional: new joiners added as they start

Most teams start small, with a pilot of 5 to 10 people.

Questions we get on the first call.

It's fifteen minutes, on work they were going to do anyway, and their team can see who's taking part. At BCG Legal & Risk, 330 of 350 finished. If a lesson a day is too much, spread it over five or seven weeks. It goes best when leaders do it too.

Most regular users find they've been leaving a lot on the table. It teaches ways of thinking, not features. A few people who are far ahead will find parts of it easy, and we'll tell you who they are.

The ones you've approved. The skills carry across tools, so they still work when your tools change.

A library waits for people to come to it. This goes to them, a little each day, with their colleagues doing it alongside. It works well next to what you already have.

Not as a money figure. After fifteen lessons, nobody honestly can. You'll see who finished, how far each person's skill moved, and what they built.

Two to three weeks from signing. That covers the IT check, the launch messages and getting everyone set up before the kickoff call.

This is a baseline. It gets everyone to the same level and into the habit; it doesn't rebuild how your team works. You'll know where every person stands and who your champions are, and we go through what to do next on the wrap-up call. See the whole journey.

Get everyone to the same level. Then see what they do with it.

Thirty minutes with Max on where your team is now and what a pilot would look like.
