No training team, nine people. Everyone on the same page with AI in three weeks.
- Market research and consulting
- London
- 9 people

Trendtype is a London research and consulting firm that helps consumer goods companies enter markets in Africa and the Middle East. The whole team had started using AI about three months earlier, each in their own way.
The owner was already convinced AI would change the business. What was missing was skill and coordination. A larger company would have a central team to put on a course; a company of nine has nobody whose job that is.
All nine people took 15 Days of AI at the full pace: a lesson every working day for three weeks. We measured their AI skill before and after.
