HiBob didn't want a single training event. They wanted a long-term partner to build AI skills across every department, location and level of seniority.
They had trained about 50 internal AI leaders, but those leaders didn't have the capacity to enable 1,200 people. They wanted hands-on workshops by department where people left with something working, not theory.
